I am using Voipcheap with a Linksys SPA-941, Everything was working fine .But now I my out going calls are getting cut off after 21 seconds, and I am lead to believe this is the fault of...

One question though whats an ATA? Is it my router? If so I have tried that with no luck.
I have tried rebooting the phone too again no luck.
