OK, so I managed to fix this issue. However given that my ATA hadn't been changed in 70+ days and I hadn't changed my Voxalot settings I found it strange.

It's not my ATA. I have 3 DiDs (PennyTel, Orb and Blueface) registered with Voxalot to the same account. If I call any of the other numbers, the calls are past through to the ATA and ring my phone....

2) If I leave a message I get the greeting I set in Voxalot
3) If I leave a message it is emailed from Voxalot.

I had the *600 echo working when I set the Symmetric NAT to "No", it was my inbound calls would be dropped when answered.

I'm happy with the current quality of calls.

Well all is good now. Had a go at changing...

Had a go at changing the value back and forth and it started to work again.

I decided to change "Symmetric NAT Handling" to "No"/ Thinking this wasn't a good idea, I changed it...
