What SIP URI do you have your e164 number pointed at with your pbxes account?

is it username-extn@pbxes.org or just username@pbxes.org

Only the latter will work unless you specifically set up...

I don't have the forwarding rules set up at the moment - because it means my calls are going to my mobile which is flat. However I can put them in place if needs be.
