can not call pennytel 888x. via voxalot
 

Hi,

I'm having problems calling Pennytel internal number 888x. via voxalot.

In my sipura3000, I passed all calls to Voxalot by default.

On voxalot, I registered with Pennytel in the providers section.

and I have a dial plan that send 888x. to pennytel. A test on the dial plan confirmed that: "A call to:888xxxxxxx will get forwarded to sip:888xxxxxxx@sip.pennytel.com".

But when I dial the 888x. number it does not get thru.

I was able to connect using #1888x. which tells the sipura 3000 to route my call to gateway1 which is my Pennytel gateway.

Am I doing something wrong?
Or, is it voxalot can't pass the Pennytel internal numbers thru? as I was able to call a pennytel DID via voxalot.

Or it there a missing prefix, that I need to put in?

This sounds like a problem in your Sipura dial plan. Can you post your Sipura dial plan here please?
