Voipswitch do not receive SIP calls from other SIP networks

When I try to call from other SIP network or trough sipbroker numbers to a GK registrar user in Voipswitch I receive nothing, the connection do not established, and in the Voipswitch I see the log message: "Client from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx did not send expected messages". After a few seconds of silence, the IVR say "Please dial again...". If I try another local sipbroker/llamadaip number I see the message "Client from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx tried to make call with wrong username llamadaip"
Can somebody help me?
Regards.

Are we talking about sip.voipswitch.info ?

It is possible that their server does not accept third party SIP URI calls...if that is the case there is few options to what can be done...

On the other hand I am not quite sure how you're trying to dial ....
-You can either dial one of the access numbers then enter *8475-VoipSwitch Number

or

-You can try reaching *8475VoipSwitchNumber@sipbroker.com

No, it is not the problem. There is a Voipswitch program running in a server (www.voipswitch.com). I am trying to cal from other SIP network to a user in this switch. The format of the call is 123456@sip.xxxx.com

On the log of this switch I see: "Client from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx did not respond on authorization request" and the call is not completed.

Please advise.

What is the SIP address that you're calling to (the xxxx part in 123456
@sip.xxxx.com)?

Which is the SIP Network you're calling from?

How is SipBroker or VoXalot involved in this process?

The way that SipBroker works involves:

You dial: *9562 88800001#
It transforms it to: 88800001@sip.aba12.com
It Dials

If for some reason the server at sip.aba12.com is not accepting inbound SIP calls from third parties then this will not work...

One way to test is to call 88800001@sip.aba12.com without involving SipBroker ... what I usually do to test is go to GizmoCall.com, login, paste in 88800001@sip.aba12.com, and press call...

If it doesn't work there either chances are the trouble is at sip.aba12.com

SOLVED:

In 'GW clients' menu you need to create a new client, with the following parameters:
In 'login' and 'password' you put whatever you want.
In 'IP numbers' you need to add all the Voxbone IP addresses.
Check the box 'PIN source' if you want to use the voipswitch IVR with our DIDs
Check the box 'active'
Uncheck the box 'Authorize by login/password'
In 'tariff' choose a special tariff such that you do not bill calls coming from Voxbone.
