Can i cancel a VoiceMail message?

hi All,
how to can i cancel a message on Voice Mail?
i don't find the menu for cancel the message...

You DELETE a voicemail message. I believe it's option 7 after the message is played.

How to access voicemail thru 500?

Hi all,
I have voivemail in waiting.Dial 500 etc No luck at all.No prompt, nothing. Any help please.

Have you tried putting 500 into the 'Number to test:' area at the bottom of the Dial Plan page? It should return:

A call to:500 will get forwarded to sip:500@voxalot.com

If you get anything else, you're intercepting 500 and processing it with one of your Dial Plan entries.
