I got an email referring me to Service Status - but I can't see that page linked from anywhere when I login (which would be useful! - hint hint) Also - I've seen various messages about people with expiring accounts etc - where can I find out how long mine has left? Again, I see no info available :( |
It's true they aren't yet linked, but just for a summary:

To select one of the other packages click on "Click here to compare features" -There is the VoXalot Service Status page (my understanding is that this is updated by staff if/when they are aware of downtime) Service Status |
You both make excellent points. I have a couple of long-haul international flights coming up, and I hope to create a page called something like "account summary" that provides, at a glance, a heap of information about your Voxalot account. This would include such things as:
- Basic account details - A list of your premium subscriptions - Information about what devices are currently registered - Possible a summary of your dial plans/providers. I would also like to link in the service status page from there too. Hopefully this will be ready and tested in a week or so. -- Craig |
