All incoming calls failing
Hi Martin
This is killing me. I made the changes you suggested to fix my Dad's one-way audio via the Fort Lauderdale SipBroker number on his SPA 1001 (see http://forum.voxalot.com/sip-broker-...html#post12659) and now no incoming calls are successfully. Now all he hears is dead air for 2 seconds, then a fast busy tone. The caller (me) via any means now, PSTN direct, SipBroker for via his Voxalot extension, fails. He gets nothing then fast busy. I tried putting the settings back to where they were, and here is the weird part. Same problem, so I made the changes to my SPA-1001 and got the same situation. Now I can't get either SPA1001s to receive incoming calls successfully. They can make calls fine. My SPA3000 still works fine. Additionally it already had some, not all of the changes you mentioned to fix the one-way audio issue and it does indeed have two-way audio on the Fort Lauderdale number. So, for the SPA1001s, I tried doing both a user factory reset and a full factory reset. Still, they can't recieve ANY incoming calls. Not from PSTN, not from SIPBroker, not from a direct call from another Voxalot extension. This is really confusing me and driving me crazy. Anyhow has any ideas? Much appreciated. Richard |
Okay, so even after a full factory reset it the phones would not work. I finally unplugged the units for a few seconds and plugged them back in and they started to work. I think I'll hold off on experimenting with these features for a while ;-) Eventually I will like to get the Callcentric DID working with two-way audio though....
