Voxalot Premium still only 20 sec voicemail?

I browsed this forum a couple of time without locating a thread regarding this matter so here goes....

My own VSP doesnt support MWI and voicemail. One of the reasons I chose Voxalot. I have upgraded to premium supposing that voicemail messages would have much more time than just 20 secs ?? Apparantly not? 9 out of 10 messages are cut off before they are over. This means I practically never get the information I was supposed to. Is this a bug? I mean at least 60 seconds is a must preferably 90 or 120 secs...

Kim,

There is no limit on voice mail messages and there are no known bugs. This could be a result of some settings in your router. Can post some more diagnostic details to help us figure out what could be wrong.

As Tony mentions we do not have a maximum message limit. What we do have however is a maximum of 10 seconds of silence before we end the voicemail call.

Could this be the limit you are seeing?
