Voice Mail Time Stamp?

The Voice Mail Time Stamp that I'm hearing when I collect voice mails appears to be the server time (I'm assuming the server is somewhere in the US) rather than local time.

Am I missing something obvious, or is there nowhere to specify your GMT offset in your member details or voice mail setup?
