How do I make a call from South Africa

I am writing to ask more information on making or initiating a web call from South Africa.

Do you have an ATA device and/or SoftPhone registered with VoXalot?

When I was looking for a way of making cheap phone over the internet, voxalot came first and I was convinced to join. I dont have any VoIP account and all I have is my mobile and an account with voxalot. Please assist me with all the necessary information for me to utilise the service I paid for.
