How to cancel a payment/upgrade
 
I just upgraded my voxalot account to voxlite half an hour ago.
However I find out that there is no possibility to call through like pbxes. The call connection (call forwarding) is no more than mysipswitch, which is a function I don't need.

is it possible to cancel the payment?
