Not able to make any call
 
Hello it is more that one week that i'm not able to make any call from my voxalot account.
I have 3 service providers and 2 are registered. Whatever service provider i use a voice said: "We are sorry, the number that you have called could not be connected, please try again!". It worked just fine before and i did not change anything. Please could you help me? thanks! regards.

Are you sure you didn't make a change to your Voxalot or SIP client's dial plan? That message is often the result of Voxalot not finding a matching dial plan entry to place your call through. Voxalot operation appears to be normal for me.

I added new item in the dial plan but only after that did not work without success :).
if i try the number in the dial plan page using the test call just said "A call to:00xxxx will get forwarded to 00xxxx via myProvider.

Is the number being sent to "myProvider" being sent in the correct format for that provider?

Are the credentials for that provider stored correctly in your Voxalot provider list ?

It might help to verify and reload your ID / password for that provider in case they had been changed.

I guess that credential are ok since Incoming call are working just fine (from 2 providers).
After the 17-08 i could not make any call (checked from the call log), included speed dial numbers.
I have a grandstream budge tone 100 and i have not changed any configuration.
How i can check if the number is sent correctly from that phone to voxalot?
