Voice provider in japan

I see on the voxalot page theres a voice provider in japan but it say it doesnt work..

is there any solution to this?

No.

They only support their own softphone and are not fully SIP compliant.

Further, they're discontinuing that service (it was a trial service) from 20th May 2008.
