New Account will not register
 
Hello

I registered a new Voxalot account for my cousin today and for some reason it will not register on my SPA1001 when set to us.voxalot.com. It registers fine on eyeBeam on us.voxalot.com. When I change the server to eu.voxalot.com it registers fine on the SPA1001. Also, my personal Voxalot number registers without any problems on the same SPA1001 on us.voxalot.com

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Voxalot Support

I've tried the account on 3 different Sipura ATAs located in two different countries and only this one Voxalot account (brand new account) will not register on us.voxalot. It keeps showing registration as failed. All other Voxalot accounts I use, works fine.

Can someone with admin rights on the Voxalot server help me out to see what maybe wrong with the account in question?

Further update: I tried registering the account on the Acrobitz Softphone for iPhone and it tells me the account is 'unauthorized' when I try to register to us.voxalot.com, but registers just find on eu.voxalot.com

Can someone from Voxalot who can check into this problem with my account contact me?

I'm experiencing this problem, also exclusively us.voxalot.com (au,eu work), also a new account as of today. Please contact me when this is sorted out, so I can go back to using the us. server.

Same problem, new account would not register

I have the same problem. Same PAP2, with user 181924, registers OK, but with newly created user 181955 would not register.

I have had the same problem with another account, 181954, which would not register either.

I tested with Zoiper, and both accounts DO register OK using Zoiper, but cannot make them work using a PAP2 (nor other 3 pap2 I tested with)

Please let us know whether new accounts will be still available.

tested with proxy01.us1.voxalot.com, works
 
It works when using proxy01.us1.voxalot.com, but not with us.voxalot.com

can this be fixed or should we use proxy01.us1.voxalot.com from now on?
