Incoming call is not forwarded - no valid sip uri

I have a newbie-question: I am registered in voxalot with halonet (Polish). Incoming calls work fine, they end up at my voxalot mail box. However, I try to forward these calls to another account by using the sip address of this account as a default call forwarding entry. Incoming calls to the halonet account will be shown as "0049406504xxxx" (the caller's number), for example. If I try to test this number in the voxalot call forwarding option, I get a message that the sip uri is invalid. How do I configure properly that these calls are forwarded in voxalot?
