ATA connected properly, but user unavailable voice message"
Just registered basic service on voxalot. Got IPKall number 4259064992 pointed to my voxalot userID
When calling IPKall number redirection reaches voxalot where I get the message that "User on this extension unavailable". That pretty strange, because after reconfiguration of my ATA, it displays status as connected. I tried *600 echo call and it works fine. On the other hand *500 doesn't work. :confused: What is wrong ? PS. my voxalot ID is 435906 |
Played around with ATA settings for a while and finally succeeded.
Now my ATA rings when my IPKall number is dialed. :) |
