Astratel not registering
 
I set up an account with Astratel and put it into my VoXaLot provider list and dial plan. However, it isn't showing registered just a - in the status area yet I can use Astratel via VoXaLot by prepending the number with 7* as set out in my dial plan.
Any ideas as to why it is not showing as registered?

Looks like new registrations are having problems. I've been trying to register new PennyTel and SipMe accounts without any luck. Those that were registered before remained registered.

Yes you are right. This problem should now be resolved. Give it a few mins to trickle through and please let us know if it is ok now.

It is still showing as not registered.

Hi Hally,

It usually takes 5-10 mins to trickle through. If you still are having problems PM me your 6 digit account.

It has been sitting on Pending now for about an hour since I saved the settings again.
