Spanish Access Numbers NOT WORKING!!

Hello,
it's been some time now that I've noticed this and finally I get some time to report it. The Spanish access numbers provided by Adam Voip don't work with Sipbroker.

When calling into them the pre-recorded male voice invites the caller the enter the extension number he/she wishes to reach.
I have tried to enter my Sip Broker number *061-xxxxxx (voxalot) and my alias with and without the asterisk, with an without # at the end...

I always get a lady's voice telling me that the extension entered is not correct.

Has anyone managed to use the Spanish access numbers lately?

Please report!!!
Thanks a lot
Manula

I have friends in Spain who have used these numbers. I just tried calling the Madrid number +34-91-771-17-20 and waited for the end of the instructions and then entered my VoXaLot number as *061nnnnnn# and my phone rang.

If you are getting a nice lady in English, this could be from VoXaLot and might be a call forward problem. Just guessing really.

MG.

What kind of phone are you using?

I have had a similar problem with the Dublin Access No and found that the problem was with the DTMF tones from my cordless phone transmitted through an ATA, and perhaps slightly corrupted by the audio path to the point where they could not be recognized at the other end.

It worked better from a wired IP phone for me.

I have also seen complaints on other forums regarding DTMF tone problems while using DECT phones.
