Outgoing calls do not work from voxalot account
 

Hi,

I have recently opened a few accounts for my friends and added betamax as my outgoing SIP provider. But no outgoing calls work. It gives message as BUSY all the time. Direct calls work fine from betamax lebels.

Could anyone please help me to fix this problem? I have other premier and free accounts from voxalot and all work without any problem. My settings are perfect as I have been using voxalot since 2 years back. I have even tried with different proxies. Thanks for the help in advance!

Suggest to delete the Betamax Provider in Voxalot and re-enter carefully all correct details.
Check that the dial-plan routes the correct format to the Betamax provider.
It sounds like an error in set-up.
My Betamax outgoing routes are all working well through Voxalot.
