Why ATA "can't login to server"
 

Since I changed the password my PAP2T can't login on my account 968034 any more and displayed the above message, yet it can easily register with another account with Voxalot.

I can login using a computer using the username and password which proves that the password is correct but my ATA can't?

Please let me know what to do.

Which server is you PAP2 pointing to?

I have tried both the us.voxalot.com and the au.voxalot.com and yet if I simply change one digit to 968033 then it works perfectly (both accounts has the same password), it seems 968034 has a problem and yet I was able to login from a computer without problem

any idea?
 

Have you any idea why the ATA can't register?

I have double-checked everything and account 968033 is identical tlo 968034, yet just changing ONE digit from 3 to 4 make the ATA say "can't connect to login server"

I thought my problem is new issue but this proves nobody can use new accounts, can not change passwords or set new provider for at least 2 weeks. So if your old setting works you are lucky! otherwise think about alternatives. everything is BETA here.
