call forwarding problem?
 
Is anyone else experiencing call forwarding issues on the AU system at the moment?

Calls are going directly to voicemail even though the rules state otherwise and calling the forwarding number directly works fine? :confused:

Hi Bedlore,

Just checked to AU server and did a quick test and seemed to work fine. Please let me know if there is still a problem.

The problem is still continuing and disrupting business, currently calls are getting an engaged signal. I'd appreciate your help in establishing where the fault lies. The account is 264226.

I just noticed that the phone which is registering to voxalot is not functioning right. I can't make any calls out, *500 gives me an engaged signal, yet the line is registered with voxalot. I have two voxalot accounts and its always this one that gives me grief.

Any suggestions please.

I just set MyNetFone to direct forward to the where voxalot is meant to be forwarding and its working fine, so I think there is something wrong at the voxalot point.
