Dear Sir/Madam,
You are providing excellent service for free. I am sure it is indeed working for lots and lots of users but, unfortunately it has not proved to be useful for me specially when soneone calls me. No calls have been successful however all caals I made were faultless. The calls between two voxalot users are fine.
It could well be that the problem lies with Betamax or some VSPs.
I am sure many people wont mind if the servive that you provide is offered to users on paid subscription per anum but before you do that you may need to sort your end out also!
I followed the tutorial for evrything and specially about call forwarding but that meant calls went to voicemail.
To date all my posts have raised same issues and I noted that a couple of new posts from other members also raised similar matters without getting any attention from anyone. So it must be not easy to resolve matter.

@441516 as I explained to you on the phone we are all busy with the new server upgrades. In 12 hours time we plan to cut over the first server (voxalot.com) to our new data center.

Once the upgrades are complete we plan to put a support ticket system in place allowing us to better track and resolve member issues.
