Problems getting started

Hi,

I have setup an account but cannot seem to get my modem to register with Voxalot.

I have used one of the 6 VoIP accounts with my DrayTek Vigor2700VG for this, but nothing seems to let it register.

I have not setup any other VSP's in my Voxalot account as yet.

Have I missed something?

I would try adding @voxalot.com to the end of your account number and authentication id.

Everything else looks fine to me.

Bingo!

That did it.

My main reason for trying Voxalot out is because I have friends and relatives who don't have the flexibility of the DrayTek, and I wanted to go through a setup so that I can assist them as they are in more need of such a service.
