problem with pennytel setup

I am sure that this has been discussed on the form but i have not been able to find a posting. I am very new to voxalot and have tried to set pennytel up as a provider with no sucess. I have had no problems setting up TPG and mynetfone as providers and have sucessfully dialled using the dial plans.
I suspect that there must be a problem with the way I ahve set up the pennytel account on voxalot. Could someone direct me to a thread or expalin how the pennytel account should be configured.

I have Pennytel registered in Voxalot, with the user ID of 8880nnnnnn and Host as sip.pennytel.com, and it works OK.

Thanks for the attachments, I cant read them as they are too small, but I have set the account up as MGifos has recommended. (this is how it was set prior to posting). I still can not get it to work I am using the password received in the original email but when i dial the number I get an engaged signal.
My account is not registered but I as I have the basic version of Voxalot, but it worked when I set it up in my spa3000 without registering.
I am now using a telephone port incorporated in my modem/router.
Have you had any problems with the engaged signal

Thanks MGifos I had set up the account as you recommended but I still get an engaged signal which does not occur on the other two providers. I am only using pennytel for mobiles could you post your dial plan if you are doing the same.
