EU Server Problem

There is currently a network problem with the EU server. We are working with the data centre to determine the cause.

In the mean time, please point your devices to either us.voxalot.com or au.voxalot.com

We will advise you here of the status.

I was just about to post - the connection to the EU server seems to be stopping at leaseweb.net in the Netherlands 83.149.127.30

We are working with the data centre as we speak. We will advise once we know more.

Martin - is there any disadvantages of forwarding a DID to voxalot.com instead of xx.voxalot.com?

I just had to change this as well as switching to the US server and if I set it to just voxalot.com it would work with any server.

Forwarding a DID to voxalot.com should work fine.

Update: Data centre is still investigating.

i was even trying to use au or us servers but those are not working eithr for me. any solution?

Both US and AU servers are fully operational. The problem is currently with the EU server and we are anxiously awaiting for feedback to come from the data centre.

Update: There appears to be a network issue within the SBP data center where this server is located.

Unfortunately this is all the information we have at the moment.

In the mean time we advise that all EU members point their devices / phones to us.voxalot.com or au.voxalot.com

Web callback users should also change their preferred cluster on the member details page.

Changing eu.voxalot.com to us.voxalot.com was not working for it.
Works fine with voxalot.com through.
