Voxalot malfunction

I'm registered at Voxalot EU Server but I can't login on Voxalot - Home with my credential and I'm not able to access my voice mail box (it says "login incorrect").
Also, sip:878032@voxalot.com is not responding, so the malfunction seems to be on the system core.

Same here, I can't login with my user ID and password. Also if I try to reset the password I get an error.

There is a problem.
Two SPA3102 registered to two accounts at us.voxalot.com
Only one is working.

That server is experiencing some hardware problems. We have an open ticket with our provider, and will post updates back here as they come to hand.

The server is back up and running again (logons are now working), and we are just performing a series of tests to ensure everything else is working OK.
