Sipgate showing as status failed?
 
Newbie alert, so please be gentle.

First, want to say great service by Voxalot (if sometimes a bit technical and complicated).

My registration with Sipgate.co.uk is showing as failed. I basically use Sipgate for incoming call purposes. With it showing as failed I can't recieve any calls (btw on my sipgate account page it is showing the account as offline).

BTW I have set "SIP Register" to "Yes".

I'm using Voipcheap.com for my outgoing calls and this seems to be fine BTW.

OK all seems to be working now.

I deleted my Sipgate profile on Voxalot and re-registered it. Seems to work now.

More than likely it was a password issue as this is the most common reason for register failures.
