VoxLite: How long to wait for upgrade?
Hi,
Half an hour ago I did an upgrade from VoxBasic to VoxLite, paying via PayPal. I have received a transaction notification from PayPal, yet my VoXaLot account still says “BASIC”. How long do I have to wait for the upgrade to become functional? Am I too impatient? :confused: Cheers, Klaus |

I have upgraded the 19th to VoxLite but still no joy. my Paypal invoice nr is 56932 and my account number is 170653. I have mailed support, but no luck till now |
A week went by.....
After I upgraded to VoxLite on the 19th of May by paying with Paypal, I mailed to support and info.
I dialed *010 869669 and spoke in to their voice-mail. I don't know what to do to get in contact with Voxalot to get my VoxLite activated :confused: |

Usually delays in account upgrades occur when your PayPal payment is funded via eCheck (eg. you don't have a Credit Card added for verification)
In this case PayPal does not transfer the funds until they receive them from the bank (usually takes 5-6 days) |
