Betamax's VoipGain.com does not work with Voxalot

I have just added a Betamax's VoipGain.com to my providers in my premium Voxalot account.

Webcallback is not working with VoipGain.com. When trying to make a call, it always gives "Busy" messsage

Changes to the control panel is not working since 01 December 2010. Working with the old settings. But the new settings to the Voice Service Provider, Smart Call (dial plans) is not working.

Old settings : Before 1 December 2010 service provider and smart call list setup.

New service provider and new smart call list does n't work with us servers
but New service provider and new smart call list work with eu servers.

I don't know web callback to work with Voipgain.com.
