Dialplan not working
 
My dialplan has simply stopped working in that even a "test call" will crash the system ! An identical account is used without problem.

The account is 968031, my dialplan look at 11, strip the first 2 digit and route the call via a particular provider, prefix it with 22 will route it through another. It was working for a long time now, but just now dialling it has no effect, then trying to test dial will cause Internet explorer to go to "cannot display the web page" , click refresh will return it to the webpage before.

It seems to be a problem with the account itself and not the dialplan, please help?

This seems to have resolved by itself? or did you do something? When that happens of course you can't make a call out
