Need help with Siemens C470 IP
 

Hi all,

Could someone help me configure this Gigaset Siemens C470 IP
The phone registers succesfully but cannot call with it i get a busy tone, when someone try's to call me i hear the phone ringing. If i answer the call i am able to speak to that person.

connections:

Volume for voip calls = normal
Selected codecs are G.722 , G.711 a law , G.711 m law, G.726 and G.729
Enable Annex B for codec G.729 = no

Dialing plans :

Country = Netherlands
International prefix area code = 00 31
Local area code = my area code
Predial area code for loca calls through VoIP = no
Phone numer = my number

Advanced Settings:

Send settings are audio, RFC 2833 and SIP info all are checked
Application type = dtmf-relay
Application signal = 16
SIP port = 5060
RTP port = 5004
Use random ports = no


So can someone give me a solution please? :)

You have dialplan rules in your voxalot account?

i found out what the problem was :)
I recently changed my password on 1 of my service providers lol :p
Guess it was late :) it works fine now thnx for the help :)

I am using Voxalot free and so my phone C470 IP can not register on the voxalot server.

Unfortunately I am unable to make outgoing calls, when I try I always a "occupied" tone.

I guessed it should not be a problem because I use Voxalot with a Granstream IP Phone and the fact that it can not register doesn't make outgoing calls impossible.

The error code on the C470IP is 0x193

Can someone help?

checked loginname(Voxalotnumber) and username(Voxalotnumber) and password?
