call blocked, why? I'm premium user !
 
my ID is 888433, is premium user.
I think I can use virtual toll free call, but today, I found "call blocked!"
what's the matter with my ID?
I use voxalot just for switch the call,
is this wrong way to use voxalot?
I use voxalot's virtual toll free function to reach my goal.
it should be the normal way to use voxalot, i think!

the webcallback function have been call blocked too.
what's the wrong! why should I buy this voxalot premium id?

zcharming this is the second time that your account has been blocked by our system. The reason for the blockage is due to the suspicious use of your account.

I just looked at your call history and can see that there are over 200 web calls made on your account on a daily basis.

Is this number of calls expected?

I am more than happy to discuss with you your needs and determine a reasonable way forward.

I think it is very hard to contact voxalot support people.
my issue opened so long, but i didn't get any useful message from voxalot.
no support tel. no support email. just nothing to resolve my problem.
who want to buy voxalot's services?

Did you manage to contact Martin? Click on his name and then click on Send a Private Message. PM is short for Private Message.

Martin just told me to contact my payment for refund from voxalot.com.
I think I cannot get through any voxalot people. because I just bought by my visa card from voxalot.com. it's a very bad deal!
no support team, support one, support tel, even support email!
who want to buy voxalot's services?

To be fair zcharming you have created 56 accounts and are making over 200 web calls per day. This kind of usage falls well outside of our terms of service. I have given you the email address to contact for your refund.

I have been a voxalot premier member since 2007 and now changed my status as a voxbasic member. It works great for me and all my friends. After buying a ATA adaptor I no more need vox-premier service. but their service is undoubtedly great! you never get such service for free.

voxalot free service is great before not now!
however free better than premium. so weird.
but Martin give me refund, so I think it is very great yet.
I don't need voxalot's webcall anymore (I found an alternative way), however I
think voxalot no support email, no tel, it is weak for voxalot. it will be difficult for me to buy voxalot's service again.
