Web Callback & EU not working
 
Hi,
For some reasons, Web callback is not working and also from EU server I can't dialout. My prefered server is EU & may be thats why Web callback is not working. I can register to EU server but dialing is problem. I tried to register with US server & dialing went fine. May be again EU server has problem.

PS: Webcallback worked fine when i changed prefered server to US. It confirms that EU server has again problem.

Same here, and registration of SIP account for dialin also broken.

The reliability of the EU server is currently really poor and support from VoxAlot is not what I would have expected from a paid service. I will probably leave as soon as I have type to set up my own asterisk if this continue that way.

A very disappointed and long lasting customer :(

And again no possibility to use my phone line! Inbound as outbound are not possible at the moment. Status of my incoming VSP says Request sent. Also after changing to us.

I'm really getting tired of this! ALso I have a problem registered for weeks now and there is no progress whatsoever! #@#$@$

PLEASE VOXALOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OR GIVE YOUR PREMIUM ACCOUNTS FOR FREE, CAUSE AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

eu.voxalot.com does not work since a few hours. Just change to us.voxalot.com and it will work.

You may need to set "DNS SRV" to No.

Once again I tried to make a call and found that it was not working. I went to support and saw that once again the eu server is having problems. Inwardly I knew that the problem would be with the eu server. I have changed to the au server and all is working again. I think I will stay on the au server permanantly or at least untill voxalot does something to the eu server. Any suggestions?

I can not get inbound calls as the registration of my VSP hangs with Request sent. Last time it did (about a month and a half ago) it took Voxalot multiple days to respond on my support request. All that time I don't have my telephone line available!

I think I cannot setup DNS SRV in my ATA (zyxel 2602).

I sent a complain to support@voxalot.com and support@sipbroker.com. Hopefully they awake from that, because I sure hope this will not take days again!

If it does Voxalot can cancel my premium subscription. I don't think they deserve my money for the service given at the moment! I am really VERY VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!

I had DNS srv setup on my grandstream 486, but for some reason it didn't switch over automatically... Did anyone else's?

Anyways, went on the US server set and it's working again...

I don't have a problem with it as something goes wrong. But I don't have the impression something is really being done about it. I have a complaint open for weeks without any response from Voxalot's site. Others are not even answered (search the forum).

That's not a good service, no matter what it costs!
