Anyone able to register Voicestick with Voxalot

Once a month I throw this question out there just in case. I would really love to be able to do that

I have just created a VoiceStick account but didn't know it didn't work with Voxalot... :-(

I wanted my own US DID number...

Can someone please tell me what the SIP host name is for voicestick?

Thanks

Hi Martin !

It's i2telecom.com

It would be great if you could do something for us. :)

Hi,

I just checked on 4 different servers and the message is the same:

Registration for 'xxxxxxxxxxx@i2telecom.com' timed out

I suspect i2telecom.com is blocking our inbounds. Unfortunately the only resolution here is to contact the provider. If there is enough demand, maybe they will listen.

i2telecom.com is really persnickety when it comes to registrations; if you look at the requirements for configuring Asterisk or a Sipura for it, you have to modify different settings so that it is 'just so'. I am not surprised Voxalot fails to meet the exacting specifications i2telecom.com (Voicestick) requires in order to get SIP devices to register with it.

I would really like to register voicestick on voxalot so I can receiving inbound calls. Right now I can only make outbound voicestick calls with voxalot. They use a different registration and outbound proxy. i2telecom.com for registering and 206.165.50.116 for outbound proxy. I know there is a lot of voxalot that would like to see this work. Voicestick is one of my preferred providers. Martin if you can make this work, that would be awesome.
