help please: new account 'misbehaves' ?
 
Hi,

bringing the idea of Voip to my friends in Hungary I registered for them two accounts. One is fine but the other one 560037 somewhat misbehaves.

Yesterday, Friday, I successfully activated the account at there house (link in the email) and successfully connected x-lite hereafter and were able to make some calls.

Today now my friend wanted to call me (one Voxalot-Tel-No. to another Voxalot-Tel-No), but after some minutes the line got soundless after some minutes and that happened again and again.

Now, in oder to check I wanted to login (as I know the pwd) @voxalot.com but I cann't and I get instead:

And re-using the confirmation-link ends in another

Please can s.o. from Voxalot look into the account 560037 what went wrong?

but may I ask, why this happens (as I saw not only at this account)?
I there anything one should be aware of in order not to fall into that trap?
