Pleas add g711
 

I have an account with onesuite, but it requires the g711 codec so I can't use it with voxalot.

I don't think that is an oddball codec; any chance it can be added to voxalot?

It is there - Voxalot refer to it as either alaw or ulaw under codecs.
You select the one most appropriate for your region or maybe use the whole list there when you add your provider.
You can prioritise by moving the one you select to the start of the list and also deleting unused ones if you wish.

It sounds a bit like other codecs could be used, but I can only use onesuite with my ata, which has the 'pcmu' codec listed, while voxalot does not. Which is why I figured 'pcmu' / g711 is needed; but it looks like there may be a terminology problem.

Well I don't know if it works this way but I would try ulaw and if no sucess then alaw.
