How do I sponsor a phone number?

i was thinking of this also that is if its quite affordable :(
my requirement is so basic and small that i find it useless to get the premium/paid account so im thinking of this idea to able to contribute something to your group.

As I understand it, each gateway number generally has a couple of lines, it would be interesting to know exactly how many lines are made available for each number and where there might be shortages due to demand.

Perhaps the list of PSTN to VoIP gateway numbers page could or should have placeholders with major cities that aren't covered by a sponspored DID with a link to request sponsorship information. And also a link for cities that need additional lines made available.

It would also be interesting to see counts of usage over the past 30 days or some other period [number of calls connected or attempted to connect].
