Suggestion: Simplify SIP re registration
Hello (Martin),
Due to KPN network problems I had to re register the accounts that I manage. Unfortunattly this is really time consuming. When a (perevious good working) registration suddenly fails due to some kingd of problem it changes it's status to "Failed" I found it difficult to trigger it so it would change to "Pending" awaiting for "Registered" status. Is there a smart work around to force re registration for an account? Is it possible to provide a "ReRegister" button to simplify this task, because the account info remains unchanged and can be used again. More luxury would be some option to try to reconnect a registration when it had been dropped for some reason. I really would appreciate if Voxalot could do something about this. I share the same opinion about facilitate the work to reset a failed registration. I have made a similar comment in http://forum.voxalot.com/voxalot-sup...blem-help.html when the registration with provider had failed and there was no tool or workaround to reset registration easily.
I really enforce this suggestion and would appreciate if was done. |
