forwarding to gtalk
 

I can´t understand this:

If I call from Xlite (voxalot account) to mi usrgmail@gtalk2voip.com everything works great.
When I set callforwarding default to usrgmail@gtalk2voip.com nothing works. I've tried shutting down xlite and phonne a sipbroker allias (voxalot account) from pstn.

If I dial *7621xxxx (sipbroker map code) from pstn, gtalk work perfectly.
I 've alsa tried forwarding to *7621xxxx@sipbroker.com and doesn´t work. (it works from xlite)

What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

A couple of things to check:

1. Call forwarding only works when your ATA / Phone is not registered with VoXaLot.
2. Are you able to dial *7621xxxx from Xlite registered to VoXaLot (not PSTN gateway)?

The answers are:

1- I shutted down xlite before calling my voxalot number from pstn.
2- I dial *7321xxxx@sipbroker.com from xlite (I´ve also tried with express talk) and my gtalk2voip number rings whithout problems.
(my voxalot number is 135711)
