Nothing is free for ever. However, services are wonderful and worth subscribing, but was expecting in range of € 10.
What will be mode of payment and where to request for upgrade.

The price is *OVER* my expectation - but I will upgrade for 1 year as "thanks" for the free service that I have used until now.

It would be nice if u make possible to pay your service by Ukash just like Betamax it does. I'ts great way to pay service like this, and available to almost all Europe...

I am a small user. Is it not possible to make something between Basic and Premium, for example Premium-SMALL(or Basic-BIG:) ) with maximum of only 1 registration?

Or maybe even better: why not VoxBasic payed including 1 registration for € 10,-? Also because Basic user use your servers, support and programming too, so maybe more fair.
(New users who want to try you can always give some months for free or so)

I hope Voxalot could consider member '130166' suggestion carefully.

Some users are small Voip users, some are average Voip users, and some are big Voip users.

Different users needing different rates,and it will not only be good for us, but also be good for Voxalot.

In fact,Voxalot can do a survey about rates at this forum.

have you recognized that the price is per year, not per month? Similar services charge 10 EUR per month!!!

So I still think this is fair price. Just consider all the traffic cost you will cause within a one year's usage... VoXaLot has to pay for that. The services that do not cause much traffic remain free though, but still they do cause traffic someone has to pay for. And I am not taking into account the programming, support and other efforts!

I too thought the memebership cost would be much lower. Perhaps $US15 for VoxPremium and $US25 for the plus 5 version.

The pricing IMHO will drive many users away; it will be used by those with plenty of spare money and those that really like to support such things or those in the industry like myself for R&D or other purposes. This will make membership beyond basic more elite and most likely much less subscribed at the proposed pricing.

I am sure that there was a feeling that the forum advertising banners would have done a fair bit to alleviate costs too; perhaps not.
