Reseting Voice Mail Password?

I have forgotten my VM password....how to reset it so that I can dial 500 then enter the correct password?

Thank You

Unfortunately, for the present time, I think the only way to do that is to post here and hope Martin will read it, or better, you could could email the voxalot address listed on the Contact Us page off the Voxalot homepage with your account information and your request. That would probably work faster in my opinion.

In less than 24 hours we will be deploying a new release of the web frontend that includes the ability to edit your voicemail password on the member details page.

The new frontend has been deployed with editable voicemail password.

The password does not seem to be "editable" on the Member Details page.
I am sure this was functional 2-3 weeks ago.
Can you please look into this ?
Thanks

I had never tried to change my VM password (I just assumed I could), but you're right, it's not allowing it to be changed.

I'm sure when Martin see this he'll be able to fix it quickly.

I saw it and fixed it. Thanks for pointing it out to us.

Thanks, seems to be working now. The field is "editable".

Can you make the voicemail password field appear masked with a button to un-mask it?

If you don't allow voxalot.com to remember your settings, it times out and then you have to login again -- every time you login, you see the password; but what if someone else is closeby or you are demonstrating voxalot... they will see your password easily too.

If there was an un-mask button, then you could press it only when you are sure that you need to see or change it.

Nice idea. I have added this to our bugzilla database.
