Problems with my phone connection - premium user
It was working fine until sometime this month...
I have a premium account 907655 and I connect this to pbxes.com and a couple other services. Pbxes.com connects to broadvoice. I wish voxalot.com would allow this - but somehow pbxes.com knows something that voxalot.com does not. Anyway - thats not my point (but it would be nice if you fixed it one day)... I can not receive or place calls now from my number 907655. Nothing has changed on my end. I use to be able to place a call either to broadvoice.com via pbxes.com via voxalot or directly to other voxalot users. Neither works now, nor can I receive calls. Please help. My Unit that I use is a spa 3102 - it has been working fine and shows that the number is registered and the sip is registered to voxalot. Michael |
