Incoming (Sipgate) number not working
Hi
My incoming (sipgate) number now for some reason goes straight through to Voxalot voicemail. Before everything was working fine, and I haven't changed any settings. BTW Sipgate is showing me as being online. Does anyone know if there are any problems or how to resolve this? Thanks!! |
pin please PM me your 6 digit account

Same here, all my incoming numbers now go straight to voicemail. When I switch voicemail off, the caller gets a busy signal. No settings change were done on my end and my sipura shows as registered
|
Please retry your inbounds.
Thanks. |
Now working fine. Thanks for the quick response

Sorry, different time zone to you guys (have just got up).
Its working now, thanks. |
Hmm, now my Sipgate is showing as failed on the registration (and offline on the Sipgate status page).
Again, have not changed any of my settings. |
The second most common cause of failure (after authentication) is provider flood guards.
Some providers install software to limit the number of messages coming from one source. FWD is a good example. Looking at the logs, 79 sipgate registrations are currently in a state of Failed. Once in Failed status, VoXaLot parks the registration attempts for 24 hours before trying again. You can manually force registrations again by changing SIP Register to No-->Save-->Set to Yes-->Save We plan to put a button on the Provider Details page to force registration. IF you PM me your 6 digit account I can take a look at your specific case. |
Hi
Thanks for that. I'll PM you my 6 digit number. |
Voxalot registration is still showing as "Failed" and my Sipgate account is still showing as "Offline".
Any update as to what the situation is? I did try forcing a reset, but it didn't work. Thanks EDIT: Am now showing as online, but it required me to delete my sipgate account on voxalot and re-register it. |
