Problem with VM password not accepting

This is my first time accessing my VM. I've reset my VM password thru member details and its not working. I'm only using G711 when dialing into Voxalot. System keeps saying incorrect password. Changing it back to 9999 didn't work either. Pls help.

Checking DTMF might sort out.
