Can't log in

Hi Martin etc. I can't log in to VoXaLot on my Netcomm V300 at the moment. I needed to set up a friend with V but theirs wouldn't log in and I thought it was a problem with their account but when I tried to log mine back on - no luck either.My number is 675223 and theirs is 422535.
I logged in to Pennytel on the V300 with no probs.

I have mine and my sister's connections failing on au.voxalot.com server too, from about 4pm here -- not sure what time for my sister.
