How long of second to ring before hang up on IPKALL enough to enter to Voicemail

Hi

I got IPKALL number and in the menu of IPKALL:-

Seconds to Ring before Hang Up: 40

And on the Voxalot Voicemail setup at : 27

but I tested and did not go to Voicemail.

Does anyone know the correct number to syncronize for IPKALL and Voxalot Voicemail?
