Voxalot to Mutualphone G723 not working

Wierd. Seems when using Voxalot to connect to Mutualphone, the G723 codec is not working. G729 goes through without a hitch, however, the 723 codec is the one I need to use... Anyone else with the same problem?

Please try now. The 723 Codec was missed in the migrate.

I realize mistakes happen, however I do have one question...

How is it that Voxalot is free, yet your customer service is 10 times better than the services I am paying for? (referring to providers)... I've been waiting to hear back for 2 months in some instances! Keep up the good work!!!
