I don't know if it's the same for all the PSTN gateways, but the Brisbane (Australia) SIP Broker PSTN gateway ( +61 7 3018 2881 ) supports these...

that would be nice information to have along with the number available channels from the gateway providers. Not totally neccessary, but again nice to have. :-)
