Why Dont you just open a new account cost you nothing and you can start again,,,,, of course you would if the server wasnt down and they arent accepting new accounts,,,,of course they will not say so and support cant be contacted so keep hoping for access,,,,,wait maybe the eu server is down and they will send a ticket and get fixed,,,
